A quick question.

To put this simply, I've been curious what sort of basic excercizes I can do to lose belly fat, get a bit slimmer in that area, and not lose anything (or minimal) off of my.. well... backside. I honestly know little about fitness and exercize, and am currently around 5'11 and 220LBs
