Sigh. Targetted by spammers, looks like

So, does anyone have a good intervals program that's aimed at improving rugby fitness? I'm still plagued with the realization that my slow-twitch long-endurance fitness isn't properly suited for rugby, which involves a lot of explosive, fast-twitch movement.
